Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We only accept returns for defective items.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 72 hours after delivery. If you need to return your order for a repair or adjustment, please send a written notification to support@symmconcepts.com. In your request, please provide a detailed description of the adjustments or repairs needed, along with pictures and/or videos documenting any issues.
Once approved, return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us. We’ll send you a return shipping label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

NOTE
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be responsible for damaged pieces that were installed incorrectly.
